A Tretek innovation

Vascora

Detect risk before it becomes an event.

AI cardiovascular prevention for global healthcare providers

Vascora is an early-warning layer for clinics and cardiology teams. It watches home signals, compares them with each patient’s own baseline, and sends prioritized context before deterioration becomes an emergency.

  • Remote monitoring
  • AI risk scoring
  • Clinical workflow

The gap in care

Cardiovascular disease is still found too late

Episodic checkups miss slow deterioration at home: rising blood pressure, abnormal night-time patterns, elevated resting heart rate, and declining recovery.

19.8M CVD deaths in 2022
85% From heart attack and stroke
1 in 3 U.S. deaths in 2023

The solution

From reactive treatment to proactive prevention

A clinician-controlled remote monitoring layer that turns home signals into action. Clinical decision support, not autonomous diagnosis.

1

Capture

Blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2, and wearable signals sync from home through certified devices and consumer platforms.

2

Detect

Vascora compares those signals with a patient-specific baseline and flags patterns such as sustained rise or loss of night-time dipping.

3

Intervene

Clinicians receive prioritized context inside the workflow, in time for follow-up, medication review, or escalation.

How Vascora operates

Continuous data, personal baseline, earlier action

01. Data acquisition

Measurements from certified devices such as iHealth, or from Apple Watch, Garmin, and Fitbit, sync through Bluetooth and health APIs.

02. Baseline processing

The engine reads each new signal against that patient’s own history, filtering noise and normalizing the trend.

03. Intelligence layer

Models look for sustained increases, loss of dipping, and related recovery signals, then update a dynamic cardiovascular risk score.

04. Clinical workflow

Actionable alerts land in the iPacienti dashboard so the care team can intervene when the pattern is still reversible.

Wrist to clinic

A clinical workflow, not a standalone gadget

Devices

Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, and iHealth blood pressure devices.

Mobile gateway

HealthKit, Google Fit, and Bluetooth or API sync.

Vascora engine

Stream processing, personal baselines, and AI risk scoring.

Clinical dashboard

Prioritized risk inside the existing provider workflow.

Intervention

Follow-up, medication review, or escalation.

Consented data flow, an audit trail, role-based access, and clinical escalation logic sit under the pipeline.

Explainable signals

Alerts physicians can inspect

Vascora is built around deterioration signals with a stated driver, so the care team sees why a patient moved up the list.

  • Semantic labels on raw measurements
  • A live risk index with the main driver named
  • Wearable and certified-device data in one view
Population view

See where risk is rising

Map-based oversight shows which patients need attention across a panel, so home-care and clinic follow-up can be coordinated from one view.

Each marker opens the score and the factors behind it.

Vascora Risk Index: 8.4/10 Review

Sudden loss of night-time dipping detected.

BP trend +18%
Heart rate Elevated
Circadian rhythm Disrupted
Vascora Risk Index: 5.2/10 Monitor

Rising systolic trend over the last 7 days.

Vascora Risk Index: 1.8/10 Stable

Parameters within this patient’s usual range.

Clinical intelligence

Risk measured against the person, not one snapshot

Patient-specific baseline

Vascora learns each patient’s usual physiology and flags deviations from that normal, rather than relying only on a static population threshold.

Night-time dipping

The engine looks for a non-dipping pattern, when blood pressure fails to fall during sleep, a signal associated with higher stroke and cardiac risk.

Dynamic risk scoring

Blood pressure trends, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate combine into a live index that orders who needs attention first.

Wearables and devices

Continuous monitoring between visits

Signals keep arriving after the patient leaves the clinic, so the next decision is based on a trend instead of a single reading.
